To be honest this is nothing more than just an expression of my fears. I’m starting school tomorrow to get my real estate license. Yes, I’m heading to a field that is all but dead right now, especially in my region of Cleveland, Ohio. Why am I doing this? I guess as an optimistic foresight that things will indeed improve in the near future. Predictions are that the housing market will pick back up, yet it is still scary to enter a profession that is seeing people head for the door everyday. It’s not like I’m going to quit my job and rely on real estate, not right away at least. So I will have security during any rough times. I guess that’s why I’m willing to go through with it, because my job now has the flexibility to allow me to seek other ventures without losing my job. Oh well, only time will tell. Hopefully I’m getting in at just the right time  I will have a head start on the others wanting to jump on the real estate bandwagon once it starts soaring again. I’ll give updates here and there amongst my financial tips just to let all of you know how I’m doing. Because I’m sure all of you care.
